property.  Just steps from the unit walk across Gulf Drive and you're on the beautiful Gulf of  
Mexico beaches.    
This unit has Cable TV in the living room and the master bedroom and a DVD/CD player.  The Island  
has an old  
Florida feel with no high rise buildings.  Yet, you can enjoy some of the areas best restaurants and  
tropical bars  
within a short walk of the condo.  There is a free Island Trolley close by that will take you to  
nearby shopping,  
restaurants and beaches.

with palm trees.  
Right across the street is a restaarant/bar right on the beach.  Sarasota, Tampa and St. Petersburg  
are just a

Vacation Rental Rates

This condo has been rented for January-March 2009.  The rent is $1,700 per month.  The rent includes  
all electric, cable and phone.  The rent in the summer months is $1,250 per month.
