Emerald Greens #6 at Pawley's Island, SC, is a lovely, completely furnished, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath
condo, located on the 11th Fairway of the River Club Golf Course. This private entrance condo greets you w/a foyer and a large, eat-in kitchen w/newer appliances. A separate dining area seats
6 easily, and leads into the spacious & comfortable Great Room. There you can enjoy a wood burning fireplace, TV,VCR, DVD player & internet access. A half bath is also on the lst level. The upstairs includes: Master Bedroom, 2nd Bedroom & washer & dryer (located in a separate hall closet area) Both Bedrooms have a full bath & the Master Bedroom has a TV and a private outdoor balcony that overlooks the River Club. All linens are provided,as are ceiling fans, air conditioning and cable TV service. Emerald Greens is a gated community, w/24 Hr. Security patrols for added peace of mind.

A private swimming pool is on site within walking distance. The exclusive Litchfield by the Sea
beach is available for use by Emerald Greens guests, and is only minutes away. You can enjoy the beautiful panoramic ocean view from the deck areas, or take your daily walk on the sandy beach.
There are also newly renovated tennis courts available at no additional charge.

Myrtle Beach with all it has to offer is only 25 minutes North of the condo, and historic Georgetown, a very quaint old Southern town is only 25 minutes South. Other points of interest nearby area: Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach Park and several historic plantation tours.
An array of wonderful restaurants from local seafood to Italian are within minutes. There are many unique shops and antique places to visit, or if you want to golf, play the course at river Club, or one of the many signature golf courses. There is much more to see and do, so come & enjoy.

Clean and Quiet Surroundings. Loved the place and would definately go again. The only problem was no internet service.
Great Community and Pool.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing

Owners response: Internet service is provided to the unit by Time Warner Cable. The WIFi router may have been the problem, as the guests called us several time and we attempted to walk them thru the hookup process. According to the previous guests, they were able to get on line without any problems. We are having our housekeeper look into it further. A recent storm in the area may have damaged the router. Will definitely get it taken care of. We pay for the service & want our guests to be able to use it. Appreciated the other positive comments. Thank you.

Excellent Vacation Getaway!

This property is great! Perfect for a nice, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. Very clean and exactly as described. The veranda off the master bedroom is fabulous with morning coffee. The back patio is screened in and perfect at anytime.
Very close to private beach and pool is right down the street. Lots of golfing options in the vicinity as well.
We are returning again this summer and can't wait!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly
