We invite you to come and enjoy your next vacation to the Florida Gulf Coast in our beautiful 3 bed
2 bath condo located directly on the gulf at Indian Shores Beach. 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 Twins,
Sleeps 8.

This spacious condo is fully furnished including washer, dryer and internet. The unit is first
floor so you can walk down to the pool or beach. The complex is Gulf front with elevator and offers
heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, private pier to fish from, Tiki Huts,Cabanas, and plenty of White
Sandy Beach for you to enjoy. Outdoors barbecue and picnic area with lots of room for family
cookouts.

Just 20 minutes to St. Pete/Clearwater Airport, 35 minutes to Tampa International Airport and 90
minutes to Orlando Attractions.

vacation rental rates

$851 - $1500 per week plus 12% tax

25% discount for a 4 week consecutive rental


CHECK IN 4 PM CHECKOUT 10 AM

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a $200.00 US advance deposit per week. The
cancellation refund charge is 20% of deposit received. Refund requests must be received in writing
30 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited. Deposit is due 14 days after reservation is
made to avoid cancellation. An open credit card is required on arrival as a damage deposit and
security for the telephone.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Visa, Mastercard, Cashier Checks are welcome.
