Rates; The house rental is $ 195.00 per day Monday through Thursday and $ 295.00 per day Friday  
through Sunday and a discounted rate of $ 1,400.00 per week.  
 
Winter special 10% off all rates starting from September 15th through March 15th. 
 
prices are negotiable depending on vacancy. Also call for day rates, Weddings, bachelor or  
bachelorett parties, graduations, birthdays, golf,Thanksgiving, Christmas Party’s. outings, or  
fishing on Lake Michigan.
