Charming Tree House cottage offers two bedrooms, 2 sleeper-sofas, and
three full bathrooms. Get
away from it
all (even your traveling companions!) in the luxurious master suite,
with a TV/DVD
player, log
fireplace, and private sitting area. Wake up to heated tile floors
and hot coffee from the beverage
center.

Upstairs in the living area are a spacious, comfortably furnished
living room with gas-log fireplace
and cable TV,
and a sunporch that opens to a covered deck with a firepit. Gather
on the deck for meals, and to
watch the sun
go down over distant mountains. The kitchen is small, but fully
equipped. No dishwasher.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed covered with warm quilts, and
access to a nearby bathroom.
Bed
and bath linens and paper products are provided.

Your family, friends, and even a well-behaved pet will love Tree
House! It is located in Linville
Land Harbor, a
friendly unpretentious mountain resort with onsite security and well
maintained roads. The Linville
River runs
through Land Harbor, and along with the lake offers great trout
fishing. Our guests have access to
all the
amenities of Land Harbor, including the swimming pool (in season),
the 18-hole golf course, tennis,
etc.

Nearby, within 15 minutes, are Sugar Mountain ski resort, Grandfather
Mountain, the Blue Ridge
Parkway, and
Linville Falls (with waterfalls, caverns, and awesome Linville
Gorge). Within 30 minutes are Boone,
Banner Elk,
Beech Mountain, Blowing Rock, and Spruce Pine. Land Harbor offers a
great central homebase for all
Blue Ridge
activities and attractions!

$125 per night; $800 to $900 per week; $1700 per month.

$60 cleaning fee per visit
