House is in new condition and immaculate; central air, all
appliances, including washer and dryer! House is completely enclosed
with privacy fence! Security deposit required;
Adults over the age of 25 only. Pets (Dogs) negotiable with an
extra security deposit. This home sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably and
has two portable sleeping mattresses to accomodate a maximum of 8. House
is freshly painted and is Non-Smoking inside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT for weekly rent required.
We do not rent to people under 25 years of age.
This is a no smoking home; smoking is permitted outside.
