Luxury Ground Floor Villa in Sunset Beach

Our Ground Floor Luxury Golf Villa is located at Sunset Village, Sandpiper Bay - 5 minutes from
Sunset Beach and only a 15 minute drive to North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand.

We hope our Villa has everything you would need for a perfect beach or golf vacation, well equipped
with plenty of areas to relax including a screened porch, where you can watch the sun go down with
beautiful views over the lake and golf course.

With a queen bed in the master, a queen in the second and twin beds in the third bedroom, each room
also has a TV and a ceiling fan. The lounge has a large comfortable seating area to watch the TV or
listen to the stereo and we believe the kitchen and dining area has everything you would need to make
you feel at home. .

Fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator w/icemaker, washer, dryer, microwave,
dishwasher and self cleaning range.

There are two pools and tennis courts at Sunset Village and, of course, lots of excellent golf
courses nearby including, The Thistle, Ocean Ridge, Oyster Bay and not forgetting Sandpiper Bay!

This is a Non-Smoking Condo.

Our Ground Floor condo has a wonderful lake and golf course view with screened porch.

The condo has cable TV and we have 4 TVs, a VCR, a DVD player and a CD player with lots of CD's
available in the condo.

The two pools, jacuzzis and tennis courts are available to renters and our condo is just across from
the pool and tennis courts. There are also communal charcoal grills available placed around the
complex. We provide all linens but ask that you bring your own beach towels.

There are lots of activities nearby including:

Golf, Tennis,Theme Park (Amusement Park),Shopping, Sightseeing, Restaurants, Sailing, Boating, Water
skiing, Jet Skiing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Surfing, Windsurfing, Biking, Fishing, Cinemas/Movie
Theaters, Live Theatre, Miniature golf, Horseback Riding and much much more. You can do as little or
as much as you wish.

Mar 01-May 31.................. $100/night .. $550/week
Jun 01-Aug 31 ................. $120/night .. $750/week
Sep 01-Sep 30 ................. $110/night .. $600/week

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $65.00 is payable for each rental.
Rates exclude sales and accommodation taxes. Minimum rental - 3 nights
$100.00 Deposit + $100.00 Security deposit within 14 days of reservation
