This lovely sun filled 5 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home is perfectly situated on a gently slopping wooded Lakefront lot with a few steps to a large pier with a large area for sunbathing, relaxing or just watching the lake. Down on the lakeshore there is a gentle sloping beach area for walking into the water with a sittng area right on shore which is perfect for watching the children swim. There is also a rare boat ramp on the property which is perfect for launching a waverunner or boat and plenty of room for your trailer also. The pier is very long and ideal for sunbathing and it leads down to a new TREX top floating dock with very clean and deep water for year round boating, fishing and swimming.

Crystal View sleeps 14**(see below) comfortably in beds with 1 king, 2 queens and 8 twin beds. This charming lake getaway has all the comforts of home for a very pleasant family vacation including a fully equipped Kitchen and breakfast area overlooking the lake plus a large dining room for all to gather at mealtime. There are 2 living room areas with plenty of room for everyone, one upstairs and one large living room downstairs , 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is a fantastic view from the second floor deck off the Kitchen for sitting and just
enjoy watching the boats go by. Dishes, cookware and utensils are provided
and there is also central air conditioning and a washer and dryer and many
more amenities for your convenience. You will enjoy awesome Lake views of beautiful Lake Norman from Crystal View.

Lake Norman is 34 miles long, covers approximately 32,750 acres and has a shoreline of 520 miles extending over 4 counties- Mecklenburg, Iredell, Catawba and Lincoln. Once you experience a vacation here, you will want to visit and come back again and again!!

Barbara's Crystal View is a large Lakefront home with plenty of space for the
whole family and features Central Air Conditioning throughout, High Speed internet DSL and Satellite TV with 4 TV's. There is a fully equipped Kitchen with utensils, cookware and dishes, 2 microwaves,stove, Refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer.

Outdoors there is a gas BBQ grill for outdoor cooking plus a brick BBQ down by the lake. Crystal View has multiple sitting areas for enjoying those beautiful relaxing afternoons you came to enjoy. The pier is very large down on the waterfront for enjoying sunbathing or just hang out under the large shade trees in the yard. The lakeshore is perfect for just wading with the children right off the beach area or just relaxing at the waters edge on those beautiful evenings on the lake. The views are gorgeous!

Crystal View offers 2400 + square feet of spacious living and has something for
everyone in the family with privacy and plenty of room for all. This fantastic home could also be that quiet, peaceful and cozy retreat for a romantic couple to enjoy.

There is so much to see and do around Barbara's Crystal View in the Lake Norman area. Of course you can have a wonderful time right from your dock with boating, fishing and swimming but there is also lots of other things you can do and enjoy. Crystal View is located just a few minutes from everyday conveniences such as multiple grocery stores, drug stores, dry cleaners, banks, Wal-Mart Super Center, Super Target, Best Buy and any other shopping you
may need to do. Enjoy a family trip to Lake Norman State Park or go shopping at nearby Malls in Charlotte and Concord. While in Concord, you can visit the new Great Wolf Indoor Water Park! Birkdale Village is awesome! The huge Lowe's YMCA offers a wide array of exercise equipment and classes, as well as children's activities and youth sports. There is also Lowe's Motor Speedway for Race fans. You can even take a evening cruise on The Catawba Queen Paddle wheeler! There is art, culture and entertainment just around the corner from Crystal View. With easy access just a few minutes to I-77 exit 33 or 36, we are about 25 minutes away from Charlotte-Douglas International Airport which offers more than 500 daily departures to destinations around the world.
