community (Cape Royale) and is tucked away and surrounded by tall 
gorgeous pine 
trees. A perfect economical getaway within walking distance to the 
lake and marina. 
Bring your boat/jet skis. Boat slips available to rent at marina. 
If you however are  looking for a golf vacation this is it. Cape 
Royale has a really nice 18 hole course!

Completely furnished with dishes, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, 
blender, towels, linens, small grill, satellite TV, DVD, washer & 
dryer, stereo, front and back decks and board games.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, swimming, boating, skiing, tennis, basketball, golf, and 
playground all within walking distance. Shopping at local trade day 
events monthy in Coldspring TX. A perfect place to relax and have 
fun. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season Rates (March - September)
Per night $150
Weekly - $675 (5 nights)
Additional rates available depending on # of nights requested.
Off-Peak Season Rates (October - February)
Per night $100
Weekly - $450 (5 nights)
Additional rates available depending on # of nights requested.
Holiday premiums will apply
Refundable damage deposit - $175
Cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit) - $75
Winter guest are welcome for extended stays - please inquire.
