Casa Rubio is a beautiful southwestern home high in the La Quinta
Cove surrounded by the Santa Rosa Mountains that is being offered
for the very first time as a vacation rental. This newly remodeled
1,800 square foot home has three bedrooms and two baths with
mountain views from
almost every room in the house.
Come and Swim in the private pool and spa, relax in the large
wrap-around yard with it's two covered patios, and enjoy dining
under the stars with the built in barbeque. Casa Rubio has saltillo
tiles throughout and hard wood flooring in the master suite, which
has its own romantic double sided fireplace.
There is another fireplace in the large living room. There is
also a great cooks kitchen with stainless appliances, a breakfast
bar and a large dining room.

nice restaurants. You are minutes from many golf courses like PGA
West, Trilogy, La Quinta Resort and Silver Rock, which is a new
member of the Bob Hope Tournament Courses.
You can walk to the many hiking trails or ride the bike trails
that take you from the top of the cove all the way down to the La
Quinta Resort. Lake Challuia is near by with fishing, horseback
riding and boating. Casa Rubio is a wonderful house for families
with children and pets or just a couple looking for a private
romantic getaway.
