from the beach!  Tastefully decorated throughout, fully equipped 
kitchen and full size washer/dryer.  Enjoy nice views of the Gulf of 
Mexico from the master suites 23 by 14 screened in deck with full 
size hammock. Beautifully landscaped front yard and private fenced-in 
back yard. Back yard has a picnic and grilling area with a view of 
the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The rear of the property faces several 
acres of woods so it is peaceful and private. Very child and pet 
friendly with lots of room to play. Just steps to a beautiful 
beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.  There are restaurants, beach 
bars and shopping within walking distance and several beautiful 
public parks right on Manasota Key.  A great island get-away!  Sleeps

Monthly rental $3,000.00
Winter rates November-April:
One week rental $1,200.00, two week rental $2,200.00
Monthly rate January, February, March $3,600/month
Monthly rate November, Decemer, April $3,300/month
Cleaning fee $100 for 1-4 guests, $150 for 5 or more guests
Security deposit $500/less than one month, $1,000/one month or more
Pet fee $100 for one pet and $50 for each add'l pet, this fee is non-refundable
