bars and shopping within walking distance and several beautiful
public parks right on Manasota Key. A great island get-away! Sleeps

Monthly rate January, February, March $3,800/month
Monthly rate November, Decemer, April $3,400/month

Cleaning fee $100 for 1-4 guests, $150 for 5 or more guests
Security deposit $500/less than one month, $1,000/one month or more
Pet fee $100 for one pet and $50 for each add'l pet, this fee is non-
refundable
