exclusive gallery district, Casa Cielo enjoys amazing views of Sedona's red rocks and clear blue
skies. Designed in a carriage house configuration, you reside in an 850 square foot, 1 bedroom
guesthouse. It is ideally located within super easy walking distance of fabulous shops, galleries
and restaurants, Oak Creek and National Forest hiking trails. Secluded and romantic, it is the
perfect non~smoking adult retreat.

The romantic guesthouse (newly built) has hardwood floors, a Persian area rug, a living room
fireplace and memorable views from every window. French doors open to an intimate view balcony off
the queen-bedded master bedroom as well as to a deck off the living room. Bubble in a two person
jetted tub in your immaculate bath. A 37 " flatscreen TV/DVD and stereo system grace your living
room. Your fully-stocked kitchen comes equipped with an electric stove and full- size oven,
microwave, full-size refrigerator and automatic icemaker, coffemaker, dishwasher and generous prep
areas. Enjoy views of the flat screen TV and red rocks from the stove. An outdoor barbecue, small
appliances and all dishes, utensils and glassware round out this cook's delight.

The rooms are heated and cooled by a central system that you control, as well as a cheery gas
fireplace for atmosphere in the winter. Fully wired, you have a complimentary high speed wireless
broadband internet hookup (WiFi). Your master bedroom features a deluxe queen-bed with fluffy down
bedding and high thread count linens. There is a convertible sofa for an extra guest. A washer and
dryer complete your guesthouse's luxury amenities.

next stay 5%.

Deposit Information:

50% deposit secures your reservation for your requested dates with a credit card. Then mail your
personal check or money order with your rental agreement.
The balance, cleaning fee and a refundable $150 security deposit is due 30 days prior to your check
in date.
For short notice reservations, 100% is due with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or money order.

Cancellation Information:

Cancellations 90 to 60 days prior to check in - $100 fee.
Cancellations 59 to 30 days prior to check in - $200 fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days - cleaning fee and security deposit is fully refundable. The
deposit will be refunded only if the property is again rented for the same dates. We promise to
make every attempt to rent the property so that we may refund your deposit.
