The Boathouse - Norris Lake - Lakefront - Deerfield Resort in Norris Lake

The Boathouse is a beautiful lake front home located in the Deerfield Resort, situated in a nice peaceful cove, right on the lake. It is surrounded by beautiful woods and features a picturesque view of the lake. The house is decorated in a nautical theme that is great for family getaways.

The main floor is very open, with many windows to bring in the great views. This floor includes the main living area,kitchen, dining area, master bedroom/bath, an additional half bath and covered deck area.

On the lower level there are three bedrooms w/baths, a laundry room, a game area with ping-pong table, bumper pool table, as well as an additional TV area.

All 4 bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and have their own bathrooms. Two of the couches (one on each level) are pull out queen size beds to sleep additional people.

The two covered decks are a great place to enjoy the day. From the lower level of the house, you can walk out to the bottom deck, where there is a hot-tub to relax in after a long day on the lake or the golf course.

There are stairs/ramp down to the boat dock, which has two covered slips, as well as an uncovered swimming platform off to one side.

The Boathouse is a wonderful home that will make your visit to Norris Lake a memorable one.

Deerfield Resort features an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Pool,
Volleyball, Gated entry, Marina, Boat ramp. The resort is nestled
between the Cumberland Mountains and the foothills of the Great Smoky
Mountains. Deerfield is located to the north of Knoxville, Tennessee, just east of
I-75, and is situated on a beautiful peninsula on Norris Lake, the
largest of the TVA lakes, with over 800 miles of shoreline and a surface
area of 34,000 acres. In some spots the water is 200 feet deep!
