vacation rental description
Located in the very best area of town, this beautiful 200 yr old modernized home located on Calle Hospicio next door to the most expensive hotel in the city, can be rented by the room or the complete house. The home is just two blocks from El Jardin in the Centro Historico, a level walk from main plaza in front of La Parroquia, our semi-gothic parish church, which can be seen from one of our two terraces. We have group discounts and special prices on certain months.
It has four bedrooms and three 1/2 baths, two with bathtub. Fully
equiped kitchen and laundry room. Bedrooms have king size bed on two
of them and two with full size beds or twin beds, depending on your
needs. Two fireplaces, breakfast nook on the garden with a fountain
and surrounded by flowers and plants. Living room and formal dining
room for 8. TV satelite, DVD and sound system.

Kitchen includes dishwasher machine, microwave, etc. Laundry room
with washer and dryer. Kitchenette at the garden for those outdoor
gatherings, two bedrooms are located on separate quarters for
privacy. Cleaning lady three times a week, gardener, and all
utilities included. Optional mexican cuisine cook or international
chef.

cuisine lessons, spanish classes, Spa services, Thai massages,
Linphatic, Relax, etc. All these are optional and available at special
prices for our guests. All assistance for transport needs and/or
reservations for taxis and car rentals are with no charge. Medical
service is also available.
vacation rental rates
Monthly rates for the entire house are 3,000. US to 4,000 US depending on
the season. B&B rates are available also with advance reservations at
100 US per room, per day, king size bed (two people for the same price). We have group discounts and special prices on certain months.
