My family of 5 stayed here in April 2013. The townhouse was very clean, and spacious. We were also within 2 miles of grocery stores (Target and Publix) and many restaurants. The distance to the Disney Parks was only a couple of miles. We were really surprised at how close we were to everything. I was a little apprehensive using VRBO but had absolutely no issues. The owner responded very quickly to all our questions and concerns and gave us his cell # so we could communicate easily. He was very nice and professional. I would stay here again and wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere; it is that nice. I also should mention that we have been to Orlando 5 times, so I am experienced with different lodging. The pool is within sight, maybe 100 feet and was heated so my kids were swimming when it was 70 degrees with no problems. You will enjoy your stay here!

exelente propiedad en una exelente ubicacion con un servicio de exelencia por parte del dueño.

Esta es una propiedad muy bien ubicada a solo 5 minutos de Disney, la casa esta super equipada, con una cocina que no le falta nada, televisor en todos los cuarto y sala, wifi, telefono, las camas muy bien decoradas y comodas al igual que los baños; en fin un sitio bien acojedor, espacioso y super lindo y igual a las fotos. El trato del dueño es bien profesional y sobre todo es bien amable, que me hizo sentir seguro y tranquilo a la hora de hacer la reservacion aclrando todas mis dudas, esta propiedad esta serca de todo a 1 minuto de la 192; es bien recomendable para turistas latinos que no dominan muy bien el ingles ya que el dueño habla español y ingles y tiene la gran amabilidad de orientarte sobre los alrededores y sitios de interes. Si vuelvo de vacaciones a los parques de Orlando(Disney) volveria a alquilar esta propiedad sin dudarlo. Me estoy tomando el tiempo de escribir estos comentarios porque cuando estaba planificando mis vacaciones a Disney tenia varias opciones, pero tenia mis dudas y preocupaciones y se que al igual que yo pueden haber otros turistas en la misma situacion; pero cuando hable con el dueño sobre la propiedad, su ubucacion, con sus facilidades, deje de buscar otras opciones porque este señor te da un exelente servicio, con respeto y seriedad. El no me paga nada por escribir esto, solo soy un cliente agradecido por un exelente servicio y eso es lo que mi familia y yo buscamos a la hora de vacacional y me gusta recompensar y responder de la misma manera a ese exelente servicio con mis comentarios. GRACIAS!
