beachfront retreat for family and friends. Imagine being just ten
steps from the sand
and a two-minute walk to the Santa Cruz Harbor's dining and
recreation.
Overlooking Twin Lakes Beach, the large patio features a firepit,
outdoor dining area,
gas BBQ, and outdoor shower. Listen to the waves crash while
roasting marshmallows or grilling up dinner for the family.
This classic beach cottage sleeps up to (4) adults(children under 12 not included in this max.) and has a full bath, inside laundry and detached Game Room with foos ball, other games and an additional sink/vanity/mirror. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker. Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa.
Newly updated and decorated, the home has two flat-screen televisions, and a DVD/VHS player. Linens and towels are provided, as are a washer/dryer and
iron. Off street parking is available for two cars. No pets. No smoking.
