4 bedroom 3.5 bath with Gulf views in Seacrest Beach. 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 sets bunk beds, 1 Double. Gulf 
views. Community pool. Located in Seacrest Beach. Seacrest Beach is a charming beach community with 
beautiful vacation homes, swimming, biking, shopping, and free tram rides to the beach during season. The 
neighboorhood has a "state of the art," famous 12,000 square foot pool with beautiful waterfalls. A five minute 
walk will take you to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping at Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach. The 
Seacrest Beach Community is directly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach Communities. Five to ten 
restaurants are within walking distance or a ten minute drive. You will be only a five minute drive to SeaSide 
and WaterColor Beach communities. This three story beach home includes a large open living(sectional sofa), 
kitchen includes bar with 4 stools, and dining room(table seats eight) along with a laundry room and ½ bath on 
the first floor. The front porch has wicker seating. The master bedroom and second bedroom each have a great 
Gulf View and balconies occupying the 2nd floor. The third floor includes another master with king bed, bunk 
room with another full size bed and bunks for two. Both of these bedrooms open to large covered decks. All 
rooms have TV's and VCR's stereo in the living room.  Wireless internet also included.
