swimming pool and has a queen-size bed, and a separate tiled
bathroom with tub & shower.. The second bedroom has a full-sized
bed and a second bathroom. Additional guests can use the queen-size
sleeper sofa in the living room.
The condominium is beautifully decorated in calming beach colors,
with new lighting and nautical touches throughout. New flooring
throughout.
The fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances is very spacious
and opens to the dining
area in the family room. The balcony has patio furniture for you to
enjoy your coffee, a good book, or a glass of wine after dinner.
Having a new washer and dryer in the unit adds to your comfort and
convenience. Our condo has parking (2 spaces per unit) close
to the stairwell.
