This beautiful, 3 bedroom / 2 bath, Log Home is located on the south
edge of Branson, Mo. on the 5th fairway of a private, professional
grade, Golf course. Our home will accommodate up to 8 adults. We
specialize in good housekeeping.


RELAXING

If you would like to just relax; our Home is overflowing with
comfort. All you need to bring with you is your – Food – Clothes –
Tooth brush – DVD’s.

If you like coaching you can sit on the 40ft deck in the “Hot Tub”

NO green fees. Golf cart rental is available.

You are 15 minutes away from your choice of 110 Branson
entertainment shows.



SHOPPING

3 major Outlet mall complexes are just minutes from your front
door. Also there are numerous specialty Shops.

Be sure not to overlook Branson’s newest, water front – Multimillion
dollar, attraction “Branson Landing” for shopping, dining and
entertainment.

Less than 5 minutes and you are at a beautiful Park on Table Rock
lake with picnic shelters, a swimming beach, boat launching ramp and

drive of the Cimarron log home.


HUNTING

Within an hour of your vacation home there is a full range of
hunting.


CANOEING

In addition to the Branson area lakes the Buffalo River provides
outstanding canoeing.

DOGWOOD
CANYON

Spend a whole day at this outdoor facility. Dogwood Canyon is 15
minutes west of your cabin.

PETS
Well behaved indoor pets are welcome. A Pet damage deposit
is required (refundable 2 weeks after your departure). You are
requested to keep your pets in a “pet carrier” or equivalent when
you are away from the cabin and they are left behind.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations will be by phone only. Credit card required.



RATES
1-2 Vacationers $170.00 per night
3-4 Vacationers $220.00 per night
5-8 Vacationers $270.00 per night
Pets (each) $20.00 per night per Pet

Three nights minimum. Stay 6 nights get 7th night free

Tax 6.5%
Cleaning fee $70.00 one time per stay
(after departure).

Pet cleaning fee $30.00


DEPOSITS
Security deposit $150.00
Pet deposit $100.00
All deposits will be refunded 2 weeks after departure unless there
is damage. Damages that exceed deposits will be charged to your
credit card.


TERMS
Three nights minimum. Stay 6 nights get 7th night free.

Check-in: 3PM Check-out: 10AM

50% due at time of reservations.

Balance and Deposits due 30 days before arrival.
Automatically billed to your credit card

Cancellation will be accepted up to 31 day brfore arrival.
There will be a $50.00 fee for cancellation.
