Wonderful oceanfront architecturally designed home on a semi-private
beach in a security gated community. This is a spacious home that is
fully equipped for vacation living. Walls of windows and a deck that
looks right out to the beach...so close that you can simply call the
kids in for lunch.
Neskowin is 12 minutes North of Lincoln City and close to everything
including Oregon's wine country.
We have furnished this home as though it is our primary residence. A
big stone fireplace, and ultimate comfort for basking in Oregon's
summer sun or watching winter storms roll through. Beach access is
next door via a short path with steps. Our tenants come back often.
This home absolutely will not disappoint.

Two hours from Portland, an easy drive through Oregon's wine country.
The home has high speed WiFi, an intenet computer, two TVs, CD, DVD, Blu Ray, movies,
games, a very well supplied kitchen, LP gas BBQ, beach toys, fireplace
with firewood, washer/dryer, bikes, two car garage, fenced yard,
everything you will need for a great vacation.
Master bedroom has a king bed, second master a queen bed, (both
bedrooms on the ocean), and the third bedroom, very large, has a queen
bed and two twins plus it's own bath.

This is a great spot to set out to explore Oregon's gorgeous
coastline. There are four golf courses in the area, river fishing for
salmon, crabbing, charter boat deep sea fishng, an outlet mall,
antiquing, really wonderful restaurants, great hiking trails,
tide-pools, art galleries, a freshwater lake with boat rentals, a
multi screen movie theater, and horseback riding in Neskowin.
Guests often drive only 45 minutes to be in the heart of Oregon's
popular wine country.
Whether you simply unwind on our great beachfront deck, or go out and
really explore this part of Oregon, don't miss this area for a great

10/1-2/28, $285 per night, $1990 per week

3/1-6/14, 9/16-9/30, $335 per night, $2275 per week

6/15-9/15 and Holidays, $425 per night, $2900 per week

2 night minimum except summer which is one week minimum,

1% tax, $300 refundable deposit, NO cleaning fee,
45 day cancellation required. If less than 45 days, refund amount
if able to re-rent.
