Quiet, bright, 2-bedroom, newly decorated, fully furnished, 4th 
floor (no lift) apartment with access to communal gardens situated 
in top area of S. Kensington, about 5-10 min walk from Gloucester 
Rd. and S. Kensington tube stations, museums and shopping areas of 
Brompton Rd, Gloucester Rd, Fulham Rd, Kings Rd Chelsea.  Apt. is 
used by owner when in London on business visits but is otherwise 
available for short lets throughout the year.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Living room has TV/VCR, CD/tape/stereo.  Dining area seats 4.
Main bedroom has US kingsize bed, 2nd bedroom has sofa bed equiv. US 
queen size and desk, tel/ans/fax machine plus internet access. 
Bathroom has bath, powershower, bidet & sink and is very warm in 
winter.
Kitchen has range, cooker, washing machine/dryer.  No dishwasher, 
microwave

Activities and Attractions

Apt. is well situated for local shopping, access to S. Kensington 
museum area, Albert Hall, Hyde Park, and the main central London 
sights, theatres etc are an easy tube (underground) ride.

Vacation Rental Rates

Apt. available for short lets at US $230 per day (10% discount in 
Jan/Feb). Additional $150 cleaning charge for stays of less than 2 
weeks.  
Deposit of US$500 refunded soonest after rental period, less phone 
charges and damage, etc
Owner requires references and can supply names & contacts of 
previous visitors
