This cabin is brand new and was decorated to provide you with that
mountain cabin charm. There are many cabins in this community that
are close to the main entrance and are exposed to noise and
traffic. This cabin is elevated above the street and set back into
the trees for that privacy that you are expecting. The street is
quiet and safe enough for your kids to ride their bikes without
total supervision. The cabin was also built with a back
porch for BBQing which is also unique as many were front porch
models. The fireplace is elevated above the floor and is made of
river rock and is see-thru from the master bedroom and living room.
A flip of the switch lights it and requires no adjustments. The
back yard extends up the hill into the trees and is great for
evenings on the porch with total privacy from traffic. If you came
to sit and watch cars drive by then this is not the cabin for you!

sensor provides a lighted entrance into cabin. The see-through
fireplace is not available on two bedroom cabins and is exclusive to
this cabin.

Skiing,hunting,fishing,biking,boating,horse riding,atving,antique
hunting, wild trout fishing, gaming, snowmobiling and many other
activites make the White Mountains a place that you'll never forget.
People drive from other states to be here and the area population
triples during the seasons. When you stay here, you'll want to buy
property here. Sunrise ski resort at 11000 feet is only 35 minutes
away and has a higher rating than many California ski resorts. If
you are thinking of booking for winter do not hesitate because
everything is booked quickly! If you came for the wildlife, you'll
be amazed at how abundant it is. Mountain lions can be seen near
Alpine by the Black River, Bighorn sheep,Elk,Pronghorn Antelope,
Black Bears, Bobcats, Porcupines, Beavers, Badgers, White tail deer,
Mexican Grey Wolves and many species of fish. Fool Hollow lake is
only a mile away from the cabin for you trout and bass fisherman.
Show Low lake holds the state record for the largest Walleye
caught. During the summer months you can see Bald Eagles on many

If you have a better trolling motor it can get you on some of the
higher elevation lakes that require special passes. There is a Fly
fishing village in Greer which is 37 miles southeast. Bison Ridge
recently opened up 5-10 miles of forest to ride ATV's and side by

but includes all appliances. Our nightly rates have been dropped
from $110/night to $99.99/night with a two night minimum stay
required. Seasonal rates are in effect from November 30th to April
1st and from May 31st to October 1st. Rates are based on a 2 day
minimum. You can rent for 2 days, a week, a month or yearly. Rates
per day are as follows: $99.99/night-$110/night,$350/week-$550/week
during holidays. For leases 6/mos- one year renter will transfer all
utilities into their name for billing. Minimum days require a non-
refundable cleaning fee of $70 following a complete inventory check
