House located on 200 plus acres of privately owned forested land plus 
thousands of acres of adjacent TVA wildlife property. 
No neighbors or buildings within a mile or so from site, so house is  
very quiet, private and remote.  See aerial photo. 
Houston County airport three miles away. 
2.5 miles off State Route 232 near Highway 147, Stewart, Tn.

Vacation Rental Amenities

1,400 square feet with large 15'x 21' great room and 16'x 12' kitchen. 
All kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware  
provided. 
Bed and bath linens provided. 
Central heat and air conditioning throughout. 
Huge lawn front and back with surrounding woods. 
Deck overlooks the forest and Tennessee River complete with  
gas grill and outdoor furniture. 
Great star gazing!!!

Pontoon boat for rent. 
4 wheel drive Kawasaki Mule for rent. 
Deer, turkey, etc., hunting on our property and adjacent TVA  
property. 
Hiking and ATV trails on our property and many other trails on  
adjacent TVA property. 
Hiking on our marked trails full of flora and fauna...fall color,  
spring wildflowers..beautiful year round! 
Bird watching..we're located in the Mississippi Flyway, so we have  
lots of birds that migrate in the Spring and Fall and we have our  
year round residents of Eagles, Ospreys and other waterfowl, Owls,  
Woodpeckers, hawks, etc.,...just too many to list! 
Fishing of all kinds on Kentucky Lake...bass, bream, crappie,  
catfish, sauger...fish from the shore or launch a boat..boat ramp  
and bait shop is just a short distance away. 
Swimming and water sports from the shore or boat. 
Paris Landing State Park Golf Course is only a short 10 miles away. 
Land Between the Lakes National Park is only 15 miles away. 
Historic Fort Donaldson Civil War Fort and battlefield 15 miles  
away.  
This whole area is full of Civil War history. 
Antique shopping galore..just to name a few..Cadiz and Hazel  
Kentucky are full of antique shops and are a short distance away. 
If you enjoy Country music, Nashville is only an hour away-makes a  
great day trip!  
Lorretta Lynn's Dude Ranch is just down the road.

Vacation Rental Rates

In season 4/1 thru 9/30,  
$139/night with a 2 night minimum-Weekly $925. 
Out of season,  
$115/night with 2 night minimum, Weekly $755.  
$300 booking and security deposit and cancelation fee. 
Sleeps 6. Additional guests $10/night. Cleaning charge $49. 
Up to two pets at $10/nite per pet.
