Well-laid out, Villa Quinta Encanto offers a comfortable living room, dining room, and a full kitchen
conveniently
located directly off the spacious deck that surrounds the beautiful tiled pool. Outside you'll find
padded lounge
chairs and an umbrella-covered table offering you poolside comfort and convenience. Attached garage
offers
convenient secure parking.
The full bedroom suites feature private bathrooms, ample closet space, large dressers, cable
television, and air
conditioning. Additionally, the master suite features a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, two person
shower, sitting
area, and sweeping balconies perfect for sunset dinners. Fresh towels are provided daily.
True to the local culture, Quinta Encanto has a large palapa (cabana) and balcony overlooking the
pool. Ideal for
entertaining, the palapa is wonderfully furnished with an L-shaped wet bar, large comfortable
couches, cozy
seating areas, and dining table. The stereo system is located behind the bar with speakers throughout
the villa.
The system features a 5 disc dvd/cd player capable of playing your favorite CDs and MP3s.
The friendly staff is responsible for all household duties including food preparation, serving and
cleaning up after
all meals, snacks or drinks, making beds, and other tasks to ensure that your stay is comfortable and
stress-
free.

Villa Quinta Encanto is 1 1/2 blocks from Playa Condesa, Acapulco's choicest beach offering you
wonderful
restaurants, great shops and boutiques, and a variety of water sports including jet skiing,
parasailing, bungee
jumping, cliff diving, sunset cruises, and food/drink service under your own personal palapa in the
sand.

Price schedule below is based on rental of two full bedroom suites (sleeps 4), the third floor master
bedroom
suite (sleeps 2) is available for an additional amount.
