Vacation Rental Description

Owners live locally, so if you have a problem you don't have to deal with a rental company.

Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom unit on 2nd floor.  Overlooking the 12th hole of the Greg Norman 
Golf Course & Intercoastal Waterway.  Only 3 years young and like new.   You don't have to be a 
golfer to enjoy all that Barefoot Resort and Barefoot Landing have to offer.  Marina, Jet Ski 
Rentals, Restaurants, Entertainment,  all only minutes away!!!

SORRY, no pets allowed due to new association rules.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Balcony, washer/dryer, dishwasher, tv's in all bedrooms and living 
room. DVD in living room.  

This section of Barefoot has private security guard, tennis court, volley ball and private pool.

4 World Class Golf Courses (Norman, Love, Dye & Fazio Courses)at the resort with Club House serving

Vacation Rental Rates

Memorial Day thru Labor Day $700 - $900 per week
Sept. thru May available weekly or monthly-call for rates

Reservation is confirmed when deposit is received.  Balance and Security Deposit due 2 weeks before 
check-in.

Cleaning fee of $75. and local tax is not included in rates.

Check-in at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.  Summer weekly rental are from Saturday to Saturday.
