Great location, great complex, great views and great unit. On the top floor (6th), quiet and 
peaceful. Full amenities, two queen size and two single beds. One of the nicest complexes in the 
area features 24 hour security, ample parking, an exceptional heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis, racquet 
ball, pool table, party room business center, exercise room, BBQ hut, intercoastal dock for sun 
bathing or fishing and eleven acres of beautiful scenic land scaping. Local area offers a three 
mile walking and biking path circling The Turnberry Golf Club, walking distance to Beit Edmond J 
Safra Synagogue and Aventura Chabad, walking distance to famous Aventura Mall with fine shopping, 
dining and theaters, one mile to Gulf Stream horse racing and Casino, four miles Hollywood 
Greyhound Track and Casino. Aventura is situated midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, their 
respective airports and Port Everglades or The Port of Miami for cruising. Other attractions 
include Bal Harbour, South Beach, BaySide Harbor, The Keys, The Everglades, Brickell Street, Los 
Olas Drive, Hollywood Broadwalk, Haulover Park, beaches, deep sea fishing, river boat trips etc., 
lots of Banks for your money and of course, Wal Mart.  We welcome our guests and will do everthing

Annual Rental
*Yearly $ 2,975 per mo

*Application and credit required for annual leasing. Credit report fee $ 35.
First month rent plus two month rental rental equivalent security deposit required
for annual lease.

Policy

Security deposit of $ 2,500 is required upon signing of the lease. Refundable on
cancellation providing 45 day notice. After 45 days, only if new rental is obtained,
less 15% service
charge. Security deposit
will be returned upon completion of the lease in accordance with terms set forth in
the lease. Full rent
plus any applicable charges, fees, or deposits are to be paid 30 days prior to move
in date.

Credit cards are not accepted.
$ 125 cleaning fee to be deducted from security deposit upon departure.
$ 50 for lock change required for lost keys or keys or gate pass not returned.

No pets.
No smoking in or about the premises. No smoking anywhere indoors.

Note: A 5% discount is available for all reservations and deposits received before November
1st.
