dining and theaters, one mile to Gulf Stream horse racing and Casino, four miles Hollywood
Greyhound Track and Casino. Aventura is situated midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, their
respective airports and Port Everglades or The Port of Miami for cruising. Other attractions
include Bal Harbour, South Beach, BaySide Harbor, The Keys, The Everglades, Brickell Street, Los

*Yearly $ 2,475 per mo
*Application and credit required for annual leasing. Credit report fee $ 50.
First month rent plus two month rental equivalent security deposit required
for annual lease.
Policy
Security deposit of $ 1,000 is required upon signing of the lease. Refundable on
cancellation providing 45 day notice. After 45 days, only if new rental is obtained,
less 15% service charge.
Security deposit will be returned upon completion of the lease in accordance with
terms set forth in the lease. Full rent plus any applicable charges, fees, or
deposits are to be paid 30 days prior to move in date.
Credit cards are not accepted.
$ 150 cleaning fee to be deducted from security deposit upon departure.
No pets.
No smoking in or about the premises. No smoking anywhere indoors.
