Vacation Rental Description

You will love this charming Oceanfront French Caribbean Style, newly 
renovated, wrap around patio condo. Sit on the sofa and watch the 
cruise ships enter/leave Port Canaveral every Sunday and Thursday 
evenings through the sun room or bedroom windows. 

Stroll north along the beach to the mouth of Port Canaveral/Jetty 
Park where you may see manatees, dolphin, sea turtles, sting rays, 
baracudas, ships, and sail boats. Head south where you will visit  
Cocoa Beach Pier while watching surfers, jet ski's, surf fishers, 
wind surfers and para sailing.

This condo sits on a semi private beach in a quite residential 
neighborhood away from the college party crowds. It is perfect for 
families, honeymooners, snow birds, business professionals and 
international visitors. Kennedy Space Center is only minutes from 
the condo. Watch spectacular launch views from the beach while 
sipping on your favorite drink. 


This unit sleeps up to 6 comfortably. It is furnished with a queen 
size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a full size murphy bed that 
folds into the wall. The large bathroom features a shower and a 
separate shower/tub combination for those quick changes to catch the 
casino shuttle or speed up the fast talking, slow moving teenage 
girls. 

Cooking a fun family favorite, a romantic gourmet dinner or quick 
fix poptarts will all be a snap in this fully equipped kitchen. On 
those rare occasions when you need to retreat from the beautiful 
sunshine the unit is equipped with a DVD/VCR, two TV's and of course 
internet WIFI access.

$750.00 May - October
$950.00 November - April
$950.00 Holidays/Shuttle Launches

Monthly Rates:
$1950.00 May - October
$2400.00 November - February
$3250.00 March - April

Please add 11% Florida tax and $75.00 cleaning fee to all rates. 

25% deposit required to confirm booking. Remaining balance due 30 
days prior to arrival. Certified checks/money orders only.

There will be a 10% fee on all cancellations.Cancelations made within 
45 days prior to arrival weekly and 60 days prior for monthly will be 
charged a 25% fee. If renter leaves early, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. 
In the case of a mandatory evacuation you will be required to leave 
the premises. You will be given a credit towards future occupancy of 
the condo for any days you are unable to occupy due to an official 
evacuation.
