Vacation Rental Description

A spacious, luxurious and recently built penthouse, located close to
Santo Domingo’s international airport and to a wonderful white sand 
beach. This 335 m2 apartment is part of a small, friendly
compound with a swimming pool and jacuzzi area, situated inside the
Guavaberry Resort and Golf Club (gated area with 24 hours security), which
includes an 18 hole golf course designed by Gary Player, a large
swimming pool, restaurant and other facilities, such as tennis courts
and horse back riding. 

The penthouse is located just in front of hole No. 18. It is very
light, has three large bedrooms with private bath rooms, a small guest 
room and a fully equipped laundry area. The apartment is fully furnished, 
including cable and plasma TV, air-conditioned and with ceiling fans in
all rooms, a large terrace with dining area and a  sun deck with a
jacuzzi for 8 persons. Cleaning services are provided by the Club and
a full time maid is also available. Access is granted to the golf
course, as well as a beach club with restaurant, swimming pool and
private beach area. 

Interiors are decorated in a  modern, trendy European style, combining
Swedish comfort with Italian design and a touch of elegant Caribbean
style.

Activities and Attractions

Located by an 18 hole top-class golf course within a tranquil
setting, excellent for walking and bicycle tours. Within the secluded
area are, apart from the golf course, lakes with huge flocks 
of white herons, a polo field, stables with horses for rental, tennis
courts, a club house with restaurant and swimming pool.

The penthouse is very private, providing a serene and restful
ambience. The beach and restaurant area of Juan Dolio is close by 
and Santo Domingo is less than one hours drive away

$1,100 to $2,200/per week
Dec to April $2,200/per week
May to June  $1,100/per week
July to Sept $1,600/per week
Oct to Nov   $1,100/per week
                                
Maid services, cleaning and electricity are included.

Payment in full is required when reservations are less than 30 
days away.

A Security Deposit of $350.00 USD is required and will be refunded 
within 10 business days of departure once Keys have been returned 
and the penthouse is found to be in good order.
