This home is conveniently located in Old Town Park City, it is a quick two
block walk to Main Street, the Park City Mountain Base and the Town Lift.
The property is on Empire Ave near 10th street.
The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms
have their own full private bath the fourth bedroom shares its full
bath with the main living space. The house has radiant floor heat and
a hot-tub.
The "bunk" bedroom is extra large with its own bathroom, it has a TV
with a PS3, which can be used for games or watching netflix or blockbuster online movies. It is a perfect place for
the kids to hang out and be away from the adults on the main level.

The main dining table can seat 10 comfortably. There is seating for 3
at the kitchen island and the breakfast table can seat 4-6.

Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, fireplace, full bath with shower & jetted tub
Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed, full bath/shower.
Bunk Room:  Queen size bed and small couch (converts to twin bed), full bath/shower.
Upstairs Bedroom: Queen size bed, shared common full bathroom.

4 Person Hot-tub, might be able to sqeeze 5 in if you are close friends :)

Low Winter:
3/16 through 4/20 $650/night

Summer/fall rental generally not available.
There will be a $150 cleaning charge, and refundable $500 security
deposit.
4 night minimum.
10 people MAXIMUM (6 adults & 4 children; 8 adults & 2 children),
there is really not enough room for more than this...
