Vacation Rental Description

A brand new upscale Condo built in 2006 within the Bay Beach 
Community, at the South end of Estero Island. Across the street from 
the Gulf of Mexico and also from the Bay Beach Executive Golf Course.
This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo, Corner Unit on the 4th floor offers 
spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, Bay Beach Golf Course and 
your own bird watching Private Lake.

The Unit was professionally decorated throughout and contains 
everything you will need for your stay. The living and lanai areas of 
this unit have beautiful tiled floors while the bedrooms are 
carpeted. Within the Bella Lago complex you have access to the heated 
pool, hot tub, gas barbecues, activity room, exericise room and your 
own private garage parking space. Enjoy the over 1750 sq feet of 
living area.

Vacation Rental Amenities

 The Living Area offers a spectacular view of your own lake, watching 
the many exotic birds that share Florida as there home. The specious 
living area has it own Entertainment center with TV/DVD/VHS. 
Adjoining dining area offers you the choice of dining here or on the 
screened in Lanai. Another option are with the Bar Stools by the 
Kitchen Island.

The Master Bedroom off the lanai is huge. A kingsize bed along with 
TV/DVD and double walkin closets offers all your comforts and storage 
requirements. Master Bath includes sucken bath, private shower and 
seperate vanity areas.

The 2nd Bedroom is equipped with twin beds while the 3rd Bedroom has 
it own full size sofa bed, desk and TV. Of course all linens, bedding 
towels, beach towels are supplied. Guest Bath with shower/tub combo 
off of bedrooms.

Modern White Kitchen has all the usual built-in appliances, like side 
by side refrigerator, microvave oven, electric stove. All 
kitchenware, utinsels, plates, glasses are included.

Seperate Laundry Room has its own full size washer / dryer.

As you can imagine, this unit is fully equipped, just bring your 
clothes.

Walk to the Gulf of Mexico by your own private access path; Private 
Tennis Courts; Private Fishing Pier: 18 hole Golf Course across

Minimum Rental Period : One Week

May 1st- December 14th  $1,000. per week

Dec 15th -- April 30th  1,250. per week

Reduced Rates for consecutive rental periods

Above rates are subject to 11% Florida tax; cleaning fee and security deposit
