Want a brand new condo with all the finest amenities available?
Search no further because we have exactly what you are looking for. 

A condo with a floor plan that is almost 2,000 sq. ft. and it is big 
enough to sleep eight.  This condo is on the second floor, unit 205 of Building 13,
overlooking the marina where you can watch the morning sun rise as 
you watch boat after boat come and go. Upon leaving the condo, 
you'll look over a beautiful lake and be within walking distance to 
the clubhouse that features a fully equiped gym, clubhouse, tennis 
courts, pool and jacuzzi.  

All buildings are only 4 story high so the appearances is 
reminiscent of Venice, Italy. Nothing for miles around compares with 
this tranquil setting of palm trees and immaculate manicured 
grounds.  Let your days drift away with the ocean just minutes away 
to the east; shopping and downtown Fort Pierce directly across the 
bridge to the west. 

Enjoy the nightlife or a leisurely walk by the shore. The area is 
peppered with many great restaurants and eateries.  You'll have 
complete access to all the hot spots up and down the east coast of 
Florida. There is so much to do and then you might not want to do 
anything but whatever you do, you will enjoy your stay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

What will appeal to you is the great room combo of the living room 
and dining room.  This is the main area of entertainment and 
enjoyment but the Florida room is a favorite while drinking your 
morning coffee.  

The dining table has a pub style table with eight chairs so you can 
have wonderful get-together with friends and family. The living room 
has a cozy feel to it with an entertainment center that has a TV and 
cable. 

The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath and his and 
her walk in closets.  The master bath has a tub, walk in shower with 
his and hers granite topped vanities.

The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, which can easily be made 
into one if desired.  The second bath is fully tiled and has a 
granite topped vanity as well.  

There is a laundry room which has a washer and dryer and another 
full size bed in the adjacent room. We decided to make this another 
sleeping area instead of an office because you might need the 
sleeping quarters instead.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, 
toaster ovens with plenty of cabinets to store your supplies.  The 
kitchen features granite countertops, dishwasher, stove, microwave, 
disposal and side by side refrigerator.  All are brand new and will 
make your stay more enjoyable.

Activities and Attractions

Within the gated community, you have a heated pool and jacuzzi with 
a clubhouse that featured Nautilus equipment for your daily 
workouts. For tennis fans, there is a court for your intense play.  

For the avid golfer, there are many courses within a half hour drive 
but a drive up north on US1 about 15 minutes will bring you to a PGA 
course that is one of the best around.  It is called Fair Winds and 
the course is spectacular.

You are centrally located to the all the outside attractions that 
being Disney World to the Northwest, Cape Kennedy to the North, the 
Mets at their Spring training camp in Port St Lucie to the South, 
and West Palm Beach thereafter.  When in West Palm Beach you want to 
go to City Place which is one of the best places to go for shopping 
and entertainment. I could go on and on but I will ruin the fun of 
you discovering all of "it" for yourself.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly Rates: 3 Month Minimum Rental as required by condo 
association with one month security plus utilities & credit check.

September thru November 2007 - $2,100

December 2007 thru May 2008 - $2,500

June, July, August 2008 - $2,000

Annual rental - $2,200 per month
