Grassland Golf and Country Club is Lakeland's only true private
country club. The membership includes limited golf, tennis, swimming
in the Junior Olympic size pool, exercise, scrumptious dining and fun-
filled social activities. Be secure in a privite gated community and
comfortable in a private club environment.

This 3 bedroom condo was decorated with Love and Attention To Detail
as it was the owners personal residence. Beautiful water and golf
course view, just steps from the club house and full golf practice
facilities. Large master suite with king size bed,large walk in
closet, oversized shower, and separate vanities. Screened lanai to
enjoy the great views. Formal dining area plus breakfast area in
kitchen and seating at the bar between kitchen and dining area. Lots
of room for entertaining. Full size washer and dryer. All cooking &
eating utensils, dishware, bedding, towels, etc. included. All you
need to bring is your toothbrush! Maid Service is available if
desired.

Almost anything you would desire to do within an easy drive of
Lakeland. Disney, Sea World, Busch Gardens. and all the great Florida
parks are 45 mins. away. Numerous beaches are within an hour drive.
Golf a different course every day and the Grasslands course designed
by Bob Cupp is considered one of the finest in Florida. Deep Sea
fishing or one of many fresh water lakes are nearby. Shop, fish,
golf, or do nothing - the choice is yours!

This place is great and the owners are a pleasure to work with. We are hoping to stay here many more times.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, romantic getaway

The Enclave

This condo has issues that need attention. The kitchen floor and carpeting are in desperate need of replacement. The painting that has been done is of a very poor quality. The third bedroom is without a window and a closet and is more of an office space. The pool is unheated. The contract allows full use of great tennis courts and the golf practice facility. Golf on the course twice a month. The finest golf course in the area. Don't miss playing it and enjoy meals at the club house. The location is excellent. Easy access to major roads, nearby mall and town center.The deposit was returned in full in a timely manner. The owners respond quickly to all correspondence. They are very nice to deal with. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this property.

Owners response: While I take strong exception that the condo needs attention, I do believe that the customer is always right. This condo was my previous home and is intended to be an upscale condo for travelers wanting something very nice. For that reason we have had the condo completely redone with new floors installed, condo completely repainted, new screens on the lanai, etc.

As the reviewer noted the condo is in a great location in a gated community and located on one of the finest golf courses in the area. It has now been totally remodeled to insure your stay exceeds expectations.
