Activities and Attractions

Heritage Highlands is located in the Dove Mountain Development -- 
about 25 minutes outside of Tucson in the foothills of the Tortolita
Mountains, and a short distance from The Gallery Golf Club, current 
home of the Accenture World Match Play Golf Tournament.  In addition 
to the activities organized by the community, within this area there 
are a wide number of exciting, laid back and unique activities.  
Examples of some activities in close proximity are:
* Golf courses for all skill levels
* Various shopping options
* University of Arizona sports, arts and events 
* Breakers Water Park
* Picacho State Park (hiking, camping and picnic areas)
* local ostrich farm (we did say unique attractions!)

Vacation Rental Rates

At least a THREE (3) MONTH rental agreement is required by 
homeowners association.  

The rates will be as follows (all rates are per month and include 
basic utilities - electric, gas, basic cable TV, trash pick-up):

January-April:     $2350
May- September:    $1350
October -December: $1950

In addition to the monthly rate, a cleaning fee of $100 will be 
applied and a deposit of $500 is required prior to rental 
confirmation.
