Vacation Rental Amenities

Heritage Highlands is a 50 and over gated community, and the 
following amenities will be included in the rental fees:

Activities and Attractions

Heritage Highlands is located in the Dove Mountain Development- about
25 minutes outside of Tucson in the foothills of the Tortolita
Mountains.  In addition to the activities organized by the community,
within this area there are a wide number of exciting, laid back and
unique activities.  Examples of some activities in close proximity 
are:
* Golf courses for all skill levels
* Various shopping options
* University of Arizona sports, arts and events (seasonal)
* Breakers Water Park
* Picacho State Park (hiking, camping and picnic areas)
* local ostrich farm

In addition to the above activities, there are many other attractions
awaiting your discovery!

Vacation Rental Rates

A three (3) month minimum rental agreement is required by the 
homeowners association. 

The rates will be as follows (all rates are per month and include 
basic utilities - electric, gas, basic cable TV, trash pick-up):

January-April:     $2350
May- September:    $1350
October -December: $1950

In addition to the monthly rate, a cleaning fee of $100 will be 
applied and a deposit of $500 is required prior to rental 
confirmation.
