house rental amenities
Our cottage has a full kitchen equipped with range, dishwasher,
refrigerator/freezer with ice maker,
microwave, toaster, 12-cup coffee maker, and blender. There are table
settings for 8, as well as
wine and champagne glasses. We also furnish all pots, pans, and bake
ware. Spices, condiments, and
coffee filters are included as well. If you prefer to cook out,
there's a gas grill complete with
grilling tools.
Maps, menus and written directions make it easy to find all the
restaurants, shopping areas and
attractions you may want to take in during your stay. Games such as
Scrabble and Trivial Pursuit
bring fun to both day and night. And speaking of night, enjoy a
complimentary bottle of champagne
while relaxing on the covered porch as you star-gaze or listen to the
peaceful sounds of the French
Broad River. Then go to sleep on your queen-size bed, complete with a
4" memory foam topper.
Our cottage is equipped with central air conditioning for the warmer
days of the year, as well as
ceiling fans for those times when a gentle breeze would be perfect.
Thanks to skylights in the
bathroom (yes, bathroom!) and loft, there's always a feeling of warmth
and sunshine throughout.
A washer/dryer is included for your convenience. And for your
entertainment, we offer satellite TV with over 150 channels from which
to choose! There is also a DVD/VCR
player, complete with a video library. We also offer wi-fi!!
If you are bringing children, a crib, high chair, stroller, and car
seat are available. And for
older children (and adults, too!), there's a great rope swing outside
the back entrance.
