Osage Beach off of 54 Highway. Street-level entrance. Lots of
spacious living with breakfast bar seating for 6 or balcony seating
for 4. Quiet cove. Good for swimming and fishing. Boat ramp
located at condo complex.
Condo is very clean.

Furnished with newer furniture and necessities including dishware,
linens, towels, BBQ grill, washer and dryer, refrigerator,
dishwasher, 48 inch wide-screen television, cable, DVD player,
balcony overlooking pool and lake. Boat slip available.
Activities and Attractions
Located between Four Seasons, Tan-tar-a and Osage Beach Outlet
Mall.Close to Bagnell Dam, nightlife and restaurant. 17 1/2 mile
marker, just a speed boat away to the party cove. Golf, minature
golf and activities for kids all within 15 minutes driving distance.
Vacation Rental Rates
$145.00 per night during peak season May thru September
$60.00 cleaning fee.
$10.00 per day for use of boat slip.
