Vacation Rental Description
Still Available for Sturgis Rally 2009! Our family friendly custom
handcrafted log home will sleep 2-10 persons. A patio area with gas
barbecue and outdoor hot tub is attached. We have a variety of
amenities such as gourmet kitchen, dishwasher, jacuzzi tub, two master
bedroom suites, and clothes washer & dryer. Additional services such
as stocking your refrigerator with food, seasonal decor, and activity
planning is available.
This is the ideal location in the Heart of the Hills for access to the
1880 Train in Hill City, The Needles Highway, Mt. Rushmore, Custer
State Park and the many lakes and recreation of the Black Hills Area.
When you stay six consecutive nights the seventh night is FREE.
Granite counter tops & stainless appliances in the kitchen & gas
FIREPLACE for a cozy atmosphere! The security damage deposit is
secured by a major credit card in the amount of $500. upon your
arrival. If you leave the cottage in the same manner as it was when
you arrive there is NO CHARGE. If there is damage or extra cleaning
required an invoice along with the balance of your deposit will be
returned within 30 days.
Cancellations and Refunds
For a full refund of your deposit a 60 day notice of cancellation is required; if cancelled later
the refund will be based on whether the cottage can be re-rented. Deposits are non-refundable
during holidays and the Sturgis Rally. All reservations may be rescheduled according to
availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new reservation time.
Deposits
To confirm your reservation a deposit of 1/2 of stay is required. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are
preferred methods of payment. Balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
Other Fees
Security damage deposit of $500. is secured by Visa or Mastercard upon
arrival.

Peak Season Rates: $295.00 per night for six people, over six people is an additional $20.00 per

tax, full week rental only!
