Vacation Rental Description

Vasquez Creek Lodge is an eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom home near  
downtown Winter Park, that sleeps 23 people.  
 
The Lodge has a large deck area on two sides of the house, with a 7- 
person hot tub in one area, and Vasquez Creek on the front side.   
There are two living rooms, a game (or meeting) room, and a ping- 
pong room, so lots of room to spread out, yet enough space for  
everybody to be together also.  The fully-furnished kitchen is huge  
and seats 22, and has a commercial grill that everybody seems to  
enjoy using!   
 
There is also an outdoor barbeque grill and picnic tables.  
 
The Lodge is on a large, beautiful, secluded lot just a short walk  
from the main part of downtown (shopping and restaurants and a  
park).   
 
The local shuttle bus stops very close by, and runs up to the ski  
resort and all over town.

Activities and Attractions

Winter Park also has hundreds of miles of trails for walking or  
biking.  The ski area has summer activities - alpine slide, etc.   
There is also rafting.   There are several really nice golf courses  
in the area. Grand Lake, Lake Grandby and Rocky Mountain National  
Park are only a short drive away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer 2008:  $800 per night 
Off Season - $675 per night 
Winter months - $800-1200 per night
