This delightful Belize Vaction rental home is uniquely designed to capture the natural breeze in each room and 
to accommodate families, extended families as well as indivual or couples. Although usually rented as a house 
each floor can be seperated into two 2-bedroom and a large studio apartment. Decked Out House offers 
groups plenty of common living area and as weel as plenty of areas that provide indiuval privacy.  The house 
has 3 master bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a private, a doored all purpose/sleeping nook, a 3rd floor child’s loft, large 
common room, kitchen and a maxinum capacity of 14.

Decked Out House is designed to be lovely, interesting, and entertaining. It features a liberal variety of 
tropical hardwoods, with luxurious mahogany panels in the common areas, and lovely tile floors with mosaic 
inlays. The house has special touches such as one bathtub's candle box and waterfall faucet. Yet, it also has a 
relaxing atmosphere that is welcoming to children and adults alike. Children often spend hours hunting for 
answers to game questions placed about the house. Enjoy complimentary board games, poker chips and cards, 
bikes, a canoe, and a swimming hole. 

Each room has its own Belizean theme and name. Try braving the surprise in the Sauna Iguana shower. Or 
bath in the waterfall and candlelight-enhanced soaking tub. Find your location on the 1764 map, "Draught of 
the Bay of Honduras and the Musqueto Shoar," by Master George Robertson of HMS Dolphin, as you ascend the 
mahogany stairway.

Decked Out Houses's main vacation rental home section is both the 2nd and 3rd levels, each of which has  own 
inside entry doors and kitchen, desgn. All floors and can function as a indivual unit.
* The main (second floor) host the large living, dining with high beamed ceiling, and kitchen, a Santa Maria 
hardwood sleeping/eating nook, and one bedroom and one bath with both bedroom and hall entrance. Large 
covered decks front and back offer both Northern and Southern waterfront views. 
*Top floor (3rd) has two large master bedrooms. The 560-sq. ft. master bedroom suite hosts a bar, sitting 
and tabled areas, a queen, twin bed, a front sun deck, and large back deck. The 300 sq. ft second master 
bedroom has queen and twin bunk beds. The loft is a low ceiling child’s one accessible from be ladder stair 
location in the third floor foyer.  360-degree town and water views can be seen from fourth level 33' above 
ground look out tower.

Although usually rented as one house with optional studio, 1/2 house rentals often are availablel. The two main 
floors can function as a full unit each with two bedrooms and a kitchen. 1-2 private baths per unit in additon to 
a grond floor large studio apartment.

groups.  Daily pick up by boat to and from the dive shop. Our

Vacation Rental Rates

Enjoy direct referral 20% discount off peak season rates listed below for the main 2 - floored main 4 bedroom , 
3.5 bedroom house. The discount for one /unit /whole floor ea with kichen and 1-2 baths is  12%.   
Weekly rates are for  Saturday arrival to Saturday departure (Peak season)  Weekly rates are prorated for 5-6 
night rentals. 

Rates:
Peak Season – (Nov 15, - Jun 15) 

Main house:4 bedroom, loft, great room, 3.5 baths.
$1350US/wk/1-3per ($1080 with discount), $100 ( $80 with discount)/wk/each additional adult, children.
First child free. Additional Children ages 2-13 yrs - $50 ( $40 with discount)/wk. Addition of 1st floor large studio 
apartment - add $175/wk 

Half house rental:  Rate - $900 ($792 with discount)/1-3 persons/wk  

1st floor studio- $55/1-2persons, $60/3p  
Non-Peak Season (June 15, - Sept 1- Nov 15) 
Main House- $900/wk/3 persons, $70/wk each additional person. Addition of ground level apartment. 
$150/week.

Half house: $600/week/3 persons

2008 – 09 Peak Season – to be determined. Current rates are be honored until updated. Holiday rates are: 
Thanksgiving 2008 - $1450/ 2-6 per, additional person. –$125/wk. Christmas  and New Years 2008 $2500/wk/1-
10 per.  Both weeks - $4500

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation,which is refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee if cancellation 
occurs 60 days prior to reservation date.  The remainder is due upon arrival.

All rates are quoted in US dollars and are plus 9% hotel tax and 3% service fee.  2% discount for US cash or 
traveler’s check and/or payment by money order or cashier's check for deposit  

MONTHLY RENTAL
Peak Season - NA
Non-peak season ( June 15- Sept 7)- $2500/up to 6 persons $125/month each additional each person per stay.
Low Season House  (Sept 7- Nov 15)- $2,300/month/6 people, $125/month/each additional person per stay.
 
Rates are in $US dollars and are plus 9% hotel tax and 3% service fee. 2.0% discount  for deposit by money 
order/cashier's check and or US cash upon arrival.

DEPOSITS
Weekly and daily rentals- A 50% deposit is required for confirmation of your reservation.  This is refundable 
minus a $100 cancellation fee, if cancellation notification is received 60 days prior to your reservation date. 

Monthly rental- A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. One-half of this deposit is refundable, if 
cancellation occurs 60 days or more in advance of the reservation date.
