This delightful Belize vacation rental home is conveniently located at water's edge in a quiet area of Placencia Village. Decked Out house offers customization of rental size and configuration to each parties needs, wants and budget. Its a terrific accommodation for families, multi families, groups and couples and individuals. 

It most popular rental configurations is its upper two floor levels combined , the 4+ bedroom, 3.5 bath "Main House" with or without an optional ground level studio apartment (5th bedroom). This studio can also be rented independently. The Main House (Levels #2 and 3 combined) has 3 master bedrooms, a den/sleeping room, children's sleeping loft, spacious great room, and luxurious kitchen.  Decked Out House's maximum capacity is 16 guests.

Decked Out House is is situated with lagoon water on both its North and South Borders  and has private house dock off of which one can swim or launch house kayaks or canoe. The vacation house appointments are tasteful and  attractive as well as interesting and/or fun! It features a liberal variety of tropical hardwoods or fine mahogany panels in the common areas, and exquisite tile floors with mosaic inlays. Yet, it also has a relaxing atmosphere that is welcoming to children and adults alike. The house even offers complimentary board games, poker chips and cards, bikes, a swimming spot and a house mascot who lives in the main bath.

Main House description:

The main (second ) floor hosts the 500 sq' great room and spacious kitchen, 1 bath, a bedroom with Queen bed and sleeping room with 2 singles . It's 3 sets of wide french doors open onto 850sq feet of covered decks that offer spectacular views.

The top floor (3rd) has two large master bedrooms. The 560-sq. ft. master
bedroom suite hosts a bar, sitting and tabled areas, a queen, twin
bed, a front sun deck, and large back deck. The 400 sq. ft second
master bedroom has queen and twin bunk beds. There are 360-degree
town and water views from the fourth level lookout deck.

Below the main House levels is the 1st level attractive 420 sq foot studio apartment  or 5th bedroom.

The Decked Out House vacation rental home offers:

Rates are quoted in US dollars and are plus 9% hotel tax and 3%
service fee and are for the Main house section: 4 bedroom, loft, great room, 2 kitchens, 3.5 baths. Inquire for other rental configurations rates.

Each additional persons: Adults -$100/wk or $15/nt, Children 2-
13 years: $50/wk or $15/night.

Addition of 1st level studio apartment:$250/wk with 6 per min charge

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation, which is refundable
minus a $100/unit of reservation for each floor level reservered per week, if cancellation occurs 60 days prior to reservation date. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Visa/Masters Card accepted.
