Shorecrest Beach House in Southold

So close to the water you feel like you are sailing! On a small
grassy bluff overlooking the Long Island Sound and available for
weekend, weekly and monthly rentals is the self contained Shorecrest
Beach Guest House.
Right on the water with its own private beach adjoining that of the
Shorecrest Bed and Breakfast Inn, the guest house has three
bedrooms,
one with Queen bed and two with twin beds; one large shower ‘room’;
a
half bath in the master bedroom; a living room with Fireplace, TV,
dvd and VCR player, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for six
and deck, also with dining table, all overlooking the water.
The cottage comes complete with linens, beach and bathroom towels,
beach chairs, loungers and umbrella, and laundry room with a washer,
dryer. It is also centrally air conditioned and fully winterized.
A gourmet breakfast or brunch is also available to beach house
guests
on request at an additional charge, in the sun porch or on the deck
of the Big House, the Shorecrest Inn just across the street. Access
to Shorecrest’s other water front beach and mooring on the
Ashamomaque Inlet of th eGreat Shelter Island Bay, to the rearof the
Inn, perfect for kayaking, waterskiing or windsurfing can also be
used by Beach House guests.
Rates quoted are weekly and monthly for whole house. Per deum rates
are to be referred to to calculate cost of stays extending beyond the
weekly of monthly period. Taxes and housekeeping not included.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and full balance is due
45 days before arrival.
In case of the need to cancel your booking after this date deposit
is forfeited. No cancellations accepted later than 45 days before
rental begins therefore trip insurance is advised.
