popular Sandy Shores building. Our spacious condominium is located
on a beautiful, peaceful beach directly across from The
Famous "Johns Pass Village/Boardwalk".
This is a popular landmark that offers a wide selection of
restaurants, renowned art galleries, shopping and water related
activities for people of all ages.
You will truly enjoy an unobstructed view of Florida's award winning
beach and priceless sunsets.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Our fully furnished unit is equipped with all the comforts and
amenities including a Gourmet Kitchen and a comfortable Living room
equipped with Cable TV/VCR and Stereo/CD/DVD. The Master Bedroom has
a King-size bed with a queen pullout. The living room also has a
Queen size sofa sleeper.
Activities and Attractions
John's Pass offers everything you will need for a memorable Florida
Vacation. Cross the street to Boat & Jet Ski Rental,
Parasailing,and Sightseeing/Shelling/Sunset Cruises. There are also
a Gambling/Dinner cruise that depart twice daily. You will enjoy
many choices of Resaurants and Gators Sportsbar,a Nightclub with
Live Music Nightly.
There are Daily Fishing Charter's or excellent Fishing off of the
Pier. Bait/Tackle Shops there. Also a Vast selection of unique
Shops & renoun art Stores All within walking distance. No need for
a car. Umbrella/Cabana rental on the Beach.

May thru August $850.00 wk
Please add $75 for cleaning and 12% tax.
