High Season:  June 1 – August 31   and   December 1 – March 31 
   @ $135.00 per night   $875.00 per week   $2,000.00 per month 
 
Low Season:   April 1 – May 31     and   September 1 – November 30 
   @ $105.00 per night   $665.00 per week   $1,800.00 per month 
 
All rents are subject to: 
   • General Excise Tax of 4.712% 
   • Transient Accommodations (Lodging) Tax of 7.25% 
 
Other Fees: 
   • Mandatory Resort Fee of $10.00 per day 
     (to be paid directly to the Hotel at check-in) 
   • One-time check-out cleaning fee of $75.00 
     (subject to a General Excise Tax of 4.712%)
