entertainment areas, formal dining room, cafe table, breakfast bar –
and they are all positioned perfectly to accept the terrific views
of the pool and waterfront. You’ll think about how everyone back
home doesn’t even know what they’re missing while you’re enjoying a
refreshment with your feet up, watching the boats and dolphins in
Bonita’s waterways.
The kids won’t need to be blessed with luck to catch fish off
Bonita’s docks. Looking down into our waters is oftentimes like
glaring into the top of an aquarium. We supply the rods and tackle,
you supply the shrimp bait purchased at any of the nearby markets!

Rental Requirements

$500 Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the
home
Additional Premium and Deposit with Supplemental Lease and Liability
Release is required to rent the Waverunners - Experienced and
Insured Operators Only
NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed, as we have many clients of whom
are allergic, and we are proud to keep our homes smoke and dander
free!
Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation
Final Payment due 30 days before check-in
$500 Security Deposit required with all weekly reservations,
additional deposit may be required for reservations made less than a
week (Returned 15 days after check-out, given satisfactory leave)
$120 Departure Cleaning Fee
10% Florida Tax Required
Check-in Time is 3 pm.
Check-out Time is 10 am.
Discounts apply for booking multiple months
Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to check-in. Fees
will apply for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in.
