Monroe County requires a 28 day minimum rental. You will be required to sign a 28 day lease and will only be charged for actual time used as stated in your lease agreement.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency
and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
50% deposit is due at time of booking.  100% of balance due including $1000 security deposit and 12.5% to the State of Florida is due within 30 days of arrival date.  Acceptable methods of payment include
cashiers checks, money order and travelers checks in US dollars.   We take all credit cards via paypal.
On cancellations received more than 60 days in advance of your
scheduled arrival, your prepayment will be refunded less a $500
cancellation fee. On cancellations received within 60 days of your
scheduled arrival, no refund is possible unless we are able to re-
rent the property for your original dates.
