Magnolia Cottage, Your Home Away from Home in Port Lavaca

Magnolia Cottage is a place of relaxation, sun and fun! Newly
renovated; there is no outside picture because I am repainting and
relandscaping it! As comfortable for two honeymooners as it is a
great place for families. When people step in the door, they
usually "ooh and aah" over how nice it is and the beachy decor!!
Conveniently located between Port O'Connor and Port Lavaca on the
Texas Gulf Coast, Magnolia Cottage is truly your home away from
home. Comfortably furnished with all the amenities of home, but at
the beach. Ample parking and a place to park your boat, as well.

Small pets may be allowed, but decided on an individual basis and with a $30 pet fee. :-)

Completely furnished with all towels, linen, dishes, TV, DVD/VHS,
stereo, movies, books, magazines, games. All appliances including
washer/dryer, big fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, alarm clock, etc.

Beach, fishing, swimming, bird watching, shelling, crabbing,
sailing, boating, dolphin watching, duck hunting in season,
beautiful sunsets and sunrises & nearby antique shopping,
restaurants, gambling boat.

High Season--April 1-Labor Day $165.00 per night

Off Season--Labor Day--March 31 $150.00 per night 

Discounts for weekly and monthly stays.
