Magnolia Cottage is a place of relaxation, sun and fun! Newly
renovated; there is no outside picture because I am repainting and
relandscaping it! As comfortable for two honeymooners as it is a
great place for families. When people step in the door, they
usually "ooh and aah" over how nice it is and the beachy decor!!
Conveniently located between Port O'Connor and Port Lavaca on the
Texas Gulf Coast, Magnolia Cottage is truly your home away from
home. Comfortably furnished with all the amenities of home, but at
the beach. Ample parking and a place to park your boat, as well.
Recommendations from clients: "The kids especially enjoyed the
stay . . .one grandchild said 'I wish we could live here!'" KC; "We
love your little cottage. The kitchen was perfect! We prepared a
Thanksgiving dinner for 13 people. We really took advantage of all

stereo, movies, books, magazines, games. All appliances including
washer/dryer, big fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, alarm clock, etc.
