Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful 1400 sq. ft. single family home with gorgeous 
mountain views in a 55+ community.   There are two bedrooms and 2 
1/2 baths and a 2 car garage with extra storage. Fully furnished, 
including everything needed for a fuly stocked kitchen . Complete 
kitchen includes refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a reverse 
osmosis water system. Formal Dining room includes table for 6 and 
china cabinets. There is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer. 
Home has a large Arizona room complete with patio furniture and 
barbeque.  Bedrooms are complete with additional chairs and 
furniture. Everything in the home is in excellent condition.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Renters will have full use of all the facilities. There is a hot tub 
along with a swimming pool, shuffle board courts, community hall, 
library and pool tables. Active community center includes many group 
activities.

November - April $1800 per month + Utilities

May - October     $850 per month(multiple months) + Utilities 
                       1 monthly or
                       per week (contact for rates)  

Utilities include water, electric, Cable TV and Local Phone. 

Security deposit negotiable, depending on length of stay.

This home can be rented year round for $975 per month
