has dual patio/decks! One deck is upstairs accessible from the 
master bedroom (great for romantic evenings, or morning coffee! and 
the main patio is ground floor level, accessible from the living 
room, dining room, family room and kitchen. The oceanfront queen 
bedroom also has a sliding door to access the first levely patio, 
and listening to the surf during the night. Both the 
pool and ocean frontage  have a removable fence for safety. 
Take a second and imagine what your beach vacation could be like...
Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Cook a delicious breakfast in your
kitchen with your entire family, wander outside and eat it as you gaze
out to the sea. After breakfast, plan to be at the beach all day for a
day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San
Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and
gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take stroll.
Wander down to Leucadia where you will find quaint boutiques, mouth
watering Mexican food, and local coffee houses, among many other
places, all which are reminiscent to the classic beach city feel. Many
choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental '''.life doesn 't
get much better than having your close friends and family around,
enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch
the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to

professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in
the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee
grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in
mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast.

cable TVs, DVD, Stereo, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, BBQ, 
Patio tables and Chairs, Chaise Lounges, 2nd Ocean Front Deck on 
second floor- Master Bedroom. 
One King (master), One Queen, ocean views too! One double and One Queen 
Sofa Bed, 2 Singles with ocean front view windows. Sleeps 9. 
Master bathroom has separate shower and bath tub. The full bathroom 
first floor has a combination bathtub/shower

Surfing, Beach walks, Sunbathing, World Class golf close by, 
Restaurants, shops and boutiques within walking distance. Swimming, 
Fishing, Bird Watching, Wildlife.
